Register

The first step is to fill in our easy online registration form which will be submitted directly to our FCA registered partner Sciopay, so that they can carry out some checks to verify your identity. When your account is approved, you’re ready to book trades and add payment details

Book a trade

You can trade in one of two ways. You can speak directly to book your exchange rate, or you can do it yourself online, via your own secure logins. Regardless of the way you wish to trade, you will have access to the same exchange rates. When a trade has been booked you will receive an email confirmation of the trade as well as the bank details you’ll need to send the funds in to settle the trade

Add beneficiary details

Add beneficiary details online. You can add beneficiaries to your account in advance of needing to pay them, to save time later. Once you’ve booked a trade, remember to add the beneficiary details, so it clear on where to send the funds.

When funds have been received, allocated to the relevant trade on your account and payment details added, the payment will be made
